1. Medical Disclaimer
All services provided at Nest Medical Spa are medical-grade aesthetic treatments performed under the supervision of a licensed physician. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Information provided on our website, social media, or in consultation is for educational purposes and does not replace personalized medical advice.

2. Appointments & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit to secure booking. Deposits are applied toward your treatment and may be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice (as specified at booking) for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. All treatment sales are final. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments, packages, or skincare products. Prepaid packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.

5. Treatment Eligibility
Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose all medications and conditions. Nest reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Packages & Promotions
Promotional pricing and packages are valid only during the specified promotional period and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. Packages expire within the timeframe provided at purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Nest Medical Spa and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Liability
By receiving treatment at Nest, you acknowledge understanding the risks and benefits discussed during informed consent. Nest Medical Spa and its providers are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.

9. Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA.

10. Modifications
Nest Medical Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
